Cheneé Saunders
President / Certified Notary Signing Agent

Cheneé Saunders, President of Top Notch Notary Services, is a Certified Notary Signing Agent devoted to the proper execution of notarial services for the State of California with a strong focus for managing real estate loan documents.  Since graduating from California State University at Hayward in 2000, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications, Saunders worked for Clear Channel Communications in San Francisco as an Account Executive for radio station's KMEL, STAR, KISS FM and KKSF.  By 2002 she became an avid real estate investor with her husband, and a mortgage consultant for American Mutual.  In 2004 she was licensed by the State of California a Notary Public and Certified Signing Agent.  She then landed a position at E-Loan as a Notary Specialist managing notaries throughout the country.  She notarizes Loan Documents, Corporate Documents, Entertainment Contracts, and Powers of Attorney Documents.  Presently, Cheneé is successfully running Top Notch Notary Services, LLC and is a member in good standing of the National Notary Association.

The key to Notary success is a solid understanding of the Notary role and building client’s confidence.  Cheneé is dedicated to creating opportunities for individuals to help them succeed while working alongside with those who are committed to making a difference in their lives and the lives of everyone they encounter.

Jamila Kelley
Associate Manager / Notary Public

Jamila Kelley has been a Notary Public for the State of California since May 2004. She focuses on Powers of Attorney Documents, Patent Applications, Affidavits and Loan Documents.  Since obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development at the University of California, Davis in 2000, Jamila has worked as an Executive Assistant for the McConnell Group, a Rental Housing Consultant firm. In addittion to her position at Top Notch Notary Services, she is also a Sr. Contracts Analyst for a Software Company on the Peninsula where she uses her notary skills quite frequently.

Jamila enjoys being a Notary Public and assisting individuals with their Notary needs.  She is a people person who works well with others.  A member in good standing with the National Notary Association®, Jamila provides clients superb service.
